The Siemens Siemens is a 20-amp Single-Pole Dual Function circuit breaker combining both AFCI and GFCI protection in a single device for Siemens QP series load centers.
Dual Function breakers satisfy NEC 2020 requirements for locations that need both arc fault and ground fault protection, including kitchen circuits, laundry rooms, and bathrooms. Instead of installing two separate breakers or a GFCI outlet downstream, one Dual Function breaker covers both code requirements at the panel.
